Season:
Autumn. The skies are turning rather dull and cloudy, signaling the approaching winter. Leaves are changing colors that are quite pleasing to the eye. Try to stay warm during the cold nights.

Admin's News: Fading Memories is now open again. ~Cheers. (:

Pack Ironjaw
[ ]The City Ruins (1 sub-board)
In the ruins of a once great city is where the Ironjaw live. They thrive in old, hollow buildings, making their "nests" out of old cloth or leather they've found among the ruins. Food is scarce in the city. Rats and mice roam. Every now and then a stray deer stumbles in. Crows are abundant, but then again, mess with crows, and you could end up being lunch.
00
[ ]The Junkyard
The junkyard is full of old cars and other metal things. This isn't exactly the most beautiful place in the world, but cats and other prey animals can be found here. Hollowed out cars and the beds of trucks can be used as a temporary shelter, but the place reeks of motor oil.
00
[ ]Mud Flats
The Mud Flats describe themselves; the place is muddy and flat. Reeds sprout everywhere, and water rats are abundant. Deer come here to drink every now and then, so it would be in your best interest to hunt here. Pines and Firs line the outer edge of the flats, which are home to Squirrels: a tasty treat.
00
[ ]The Vegetable Plantation
This is an abandoned vegetable plantation. The humans abandoned it during the Blackout, but the plants continued to thrive. The carrots and spinach, and all the other vegtables, don't taste very well, but deer and rabbits love them.
00
[ ]The Lunar Stone (1 sub-board)
Every full moon, the wolves of Ironjaw gether at the Lunar Stone to howl, giving thanks to their Gods. They sometimes leave offerings to their gods, such as deer antlers and rabbit feet. Bloodclaw wolves aren't afraid to interupt the ritual, stealing any offerings they wish, so be on your guard.
00
Pack Speedflight
[ ]Pine Forest
The Pine Forest is self-explanatory; it's a forest of Pine trees. The pack thrive deep within the forest, where the bushes are thickest, and dig dens in the Earth. They line the inside of their dens with soft moss and grass, keeping them very clean. Deer are found here, but rabbit are the most abundant, along with feild mice and rats. Quail are a nice, tasty treat found here.
00
[ ]The Mossy Oak
Not far from the pack's dens there is a large, in fact, towering, Oak tree. It is the only Oak for miles, and no wolf understands how it got in the forest. Moss is adundant on this lone tree. Wolves leap high, biting onto the moss and pulling it down for their dens. The tree seems to appreciate the favor the wolves give.
00
[ ]The Rock Bed
Inside a dry, dusty river bed lay large boulders. Smooth from the constant eroding that the mighty river once caused, they are now a prime housing location for snakes and rats. Be weary when walking among these rocks, for they are smooth, providing no grip. It is easy to slip and break your leg or ankle. Sometimes, venomous snakes lurk in the rocks as well.
00
[ ]The Sand Pool
Named the sand pool because of it's areas of deep sand, this is yet another part of the dried river bed. The sand is dry, so your completely safe walking in it. In the deepest areas, the sand reaches to about the shoulder of an adult wolf. Pups can fall victim to the deepest areas of sand, but otherwise, it's a great place to play. Lizards and insects lurk among the sand and rocks, which is great practice for pups.
00
[ ]Eagle Cliff
At the end of the Pine Forest is a long clearing, leading to a cliff that sloped down to a large valley. Eagles often make their nests among the towering pines. Speedflight wolves enjoy racing with eagles, and the eagles seem to enjoy it, too. But be weary, for freand can quickly turn to foe if an eagle spots a lone pup.
00
Pack Flamelight
[ ]The Dead Oaks
In a forest of Oaks and Redwoods, there is a clearing full of huge, dead oaks trees. It is said that the humans cut these down with their machines, but the blackout prevented them from cutting them any further. Through the years, the trees had been hollowed out from rot and insects. These huge logs now serve as the homes of the Flamelight wolves. They, as the Speedflight wolves do, create their beds out of moss. If you fear insects, the logs aren't the place to sleep!
00
[ ]Mushroom Field
This is, in fact, a field of mushrooms. Not just any mushrooms, genetically engineered mushrooms, created by the humans. They wanted to create a larger, tastier food mushroom, but instead created a large, deadly mushroom. These mushrooms are about as large as a wolf's paw. It is smart not to enter this feild at all. Stepping on any of these mushrooms will create a cloud of orange powder that, if breathed in, will cause vomiting, breathing troubles, and even death if not treated.
00
[ ]Crystal Lake
Crystal lake is located at the edge of the forest. It is, as its name states, crystal clear. Fish thrive in the lake, and frogs are abundant. The water is a great thrist-quencher on a hot day. This is a favorite spot for deer, and even moose.

[ ]The Prairie
The Prairie is, as its name states, a prairie. The ground underpaw is soft, and the dirt is home to Prairie Dogs. Young bison can sometimes roam away from the herd, but be on your guard. A mother bison is a force to be rekoned with.
00
The Clan of Bloodclaw
[ ]Blood Caves
Travel enough in a southern direction, and you'll see a large wall of rock that rises many, many meters into the air. At the top is beautiful, green grass. No Bloodclaw has been able to reach it, of course, and hunt the fattest buck. No, no Bloodclaw has ever reached it. They choose to live in the many caves along the rock face. The caves are cold and wet, and are crawling with bats and thingyroaches. Be weary. The Bloodclaws hate intruders.
00
[ ]The Swamp
The swamp is a cold, wet place. Towering Cypress trees block out the sun for most of the day over the swamp, and an eerie mist seems to constantly loom. The only fish in the cold water are Catfish and Minnows. At night, the swamp is actually quite beautiful. The moonlight, during a full moon, shines past the Cypress, and lights up the fog to a sheet of light.
00
[ ]The Dust Plains
The dust plains are large, flat plains of dusty dirt. No prey is here at all, and there is little grass and trees. It hardly ever rains here.
00
[ ]Old Power Plant
This is an old, abandoned power plant. It reeks of oil, and the ground around it is hard. No grass grows around here, and only a tall, skinny tree stands. Eating mice, or any other animal that lives by the power plant, will make you sick. Some of the Bloodclan have grown immune to the poison inside the prey's veins.
00
[ ]Black Lake
This lake is as black as coal. It's from the oil and pollution that would seep from the power plant. Nothin thrives in the lake. No algae, no fish, nothing. Drinking the water will make you ill.
00
Unclaimed Lands
[ ]The Battlefield
The Battlefield is a large, flat valley. In fact, all four of the territories lead into this valley. This, as its namesake, is the battlefield. Packs meet here to settle their differences through bloodshed. The valley is full of fur and old, dry blood. Crows love to pick around at whatever they can find.
00
[ ]The River
The River is a mighty, rushing river. So strong, in fact, that the current makes it unable to be crossed. Be careful, for rocks around the bank of the river are slippery, and if you slip into the river, it means certain death.
00
[ ]The Fox Holes
The Fox Holes are abandoned burrows that once housed foxes. The territory was once owned by a clan of foxes, which, in turn, lived in the burrows. Now, lone wolves can live in the burrows. Prey is fair here.
